Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

  • During high‑volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

To protect product quality, we may occasionally delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit when appropriate.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Orders placed incorrectly (wrong scent, size, etc.)


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


ADDITINAL INFORMATION

All of our candles are hand‑poured in small batches. Slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance are natural and part of the handmade process.
